Refund & Revision Policies

Completed voiceover work that has been delivered within the scheduled timeframe cannot be refunded.

Project deposits are non-refundable if the project is cancelled.

Sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular priced items may be refunded.

For late or missing refunds: first verify your bank account, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank, as there is often processing time before a refund appears. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please reach out to us at trevor@trevorohare.com.

Free retakes are provided for errors in Trevor's performance, such as pronunciation mistakes or other issues attributable to the recording process.

Additional charges apply for script revisions made after the final recording has been delivered.

One complimentary style revision is included for projects of 300 words or fewer. This covers changes in tone, emotion, or overall performance style.

Projects exceeding 300 words incur revision fees based on the scope of the re-recording required.
